Bayview Manor was established in 1961 on the former site of the historic Kinnear Mansion in Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood. In 1995, the original 10-story Tower Building was augmented with the opening of the new Terrace Building, which includes the Wellness Center, computer lab and Bayview's Intergenerational Childcare Center. Bayview Manor can assure residents that their needs can be met right here if their physical conditions change.
