Kennington Pointe is a three-story retirement community constructed in Southern Colonial style. The warm exterior brick combined with an interior 3-story atrium, creates a strong feeling of gracious southern living. The spacious dining room enhanced by large windows opening to an interior courtyard, brings the beauty of the community's gardens right to your table. Renovations to our common areas are planned to be completed by summer 2006 and will enhance our fitness room, game room, art and craft studio, cafe market, library, dining room and comfortable living room situated under a vaulted atrium ceiling. Kennington Pointe residents who need twenty-four hour personal care services are best served in our designated Assisted Living studios. We offer licensed assisted living services in a wing designed especially for residents who need a more supportive environment. The assisted living wing contains 30 studio apartments, a supportive dining area and a living room all of which provide a setting which allows greater intimacy and staff attention. Assisted living services are delivered with the utmost respect and attention to privacy and dignity. Services are specifically tailored to individual needs and can be customized to meet a variety of different circumstances.
