Heritage Place is a two-story community constructed in the style of a Georgian manor house. The rich, luxurious woods which characterize the interior design create a warm, club-like atmoshpere. Two dining rooms, one formal and the other casual, provide residents with a choice of dining styles. Additional building amenities include a library, country store, craft area, exercise room, and beauty salon. We realize there may come a time when a resident needs assistance to remain living independently. Cordia is committed to assisting residents as they age in place - once you become a member of a Cordia community, assistance will be there when needed. Because we are committed to doing everything possible to help residents live their lives to the fullest, personal care services are avaiable at each community through professional, licensed home health care providers on a fee-for-serivce basis. Available on a temporary or permanent basis, personal care services are delivered by fully trained, professional staff.
