Franklin Park is a two-story garden style community with beautifully landscaped grounds. The large, airy dining room is the centerpiece of the first floor common area, accompanied by a cafe market area, fitness room and art and craft studio. The second floor offers a variety of inviting common rooms including our library, multi media/meeting room, computer center and card/game room. The building is graced at every turn with natural light, making the overall effect invitingly bright and open. Our residents can choose among a variety of physical amenities and styles, service plans, and program offerings. We realize there may come a time when a resident needs personal assitance to remain living independently. Cordia is committed to assisting residents as they age in place - once you become a member of a Cordia community, assistance will be there when needed. Because we are committed to doing everything possible to help residents live their lives to the fullest, personal care services are available at each community through professional, licensed home health care providers on a fee-for-serivce basis. Available on a temporary or permanent basis, personal car services are delivered by fully trained, professional staff.
