The Bella Vista Manor and Vista Court Retirement Community are centrally located in Polk County, within 30 miles of Orlando to the east and Tampa to the west. Our ideal location in a quiet residential neighborhood and within a ½ mile of Lakeland Regional Medical Center, and a variety of medical services as well as many entertainment and shopping areas put Bella Vista Manor as the premier retirement community in an extremely competitive Lakeland market. The campus consists of 100 private and semi-private apartments in 6 different buildings on a lot of 200'x 470'. Our Vista Court apartments are all 1 story 'garden apartments' which all have separate entrances and are surrounded by landscaped walkways, fountains, and borders a secured wooded area. The apartments are either 1 bedroom or studio design. We also have a five-story hi-rise building. Our residents can choose from 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom, or studio designs. Our comprehensive amenities consist of private dining and activity rooms, 3 daily meals, housekeeping/laundry services, transportation services, as well as 24-hour emergency response system. The facility offers a wide range of services on our campus from our in-house Physical and Occupational Therapy department to the extended services of our contracted Home Care agency.
