Management Team
James H. Kelleher
Co-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer
Jim Kelleher co-founded MyGuide for Seniors in spring 2003 and is presently Chief Executive Officer. Drawing on his experience in strategic planning, finance, marketing and sales, Mr. Kelleher is responsible for setting MyGuide for Seniors’ overall strategy and policy, as well as leading the management team.
Prior to founding MyGuide for Seniors, Mr. Kelleher worked for thirty years at Consolidated Rail Corporation (Conrail), rising to senior-level positions directing sales, marketing, and held responsible for their financial outcome. Mr. Kelleher was also a founding member of the Blue Ribbon Group, Inc., a marketing and sales services consulting firm specializing in supply chain management.
A native of New York, Mr. Kelleher holds a BA and MA from Columbia University. Mr. Kelleher resides in Philadelphia, PA’s historic district.
Derrik R. G. Morris
Co-Founder, Vice President of Integrated Web Services and Development
Since its founding, Rik Morris has been MyGuide for Seniors’ driving force behind the web development strategy. Mr. Morris is responsible for all Internet services and new business development for MyGuide for Seniors.
Prior to co-founding MyGuide for Seniors, Mr. Morris served as a Strategy and New Business Marketing Consultant with the global human resources consulting firm Towers Perrin. For over nineteen years, Mr. Morris has focused his talents on development, design, and implementation of systems, web-based tools and strategic marketing for clients.
A native of Wayne, PA, Mr. Morris earned his BA from Hampden-Sydney College. Mr. Morris and his spouse, live in Philadelphia, PA with their bulldog Lucy.
Cynthia D. Cullen
Affiliate Marketing Manager
Cynthia Cullen, who has been with MyGuide for Seniors since the beginning, is MyGuide’s ambassador to the senior living industry. She is responsible for forging strategic partnerships and working relations with channel partners, all industry associations, major housing corporations, and major service providers in the seniors industry. She also directs MyGuide’s publication, advertising and public relations initiatives.
Ms. Cullen has 15 years of marketing and sales experience with Consolidated Rail Corporation (Conrail) and the Blue Ribbon Group Inc, a marketing and sales consulting firm addressing the needs of small to mid-size companies.
Ms. Cullen, a native of Baltimore, earned her BA from Bucknell University and resides in Medford, NJ with her husband, Bob, and daughter, Elisabeth.
Deborah A. Davis
Customer Care Manager
Debbie Davis joined MyGuide for Seniors in 2004 as MyGuide’s first Customer Care Manager. Ms. Davis is responsible for overseeing Community and Client Services, managing data quality and member profiles, and lead generation communications.
Ms. Davis has over 23 years experience managing customer service with Consolidated Rail Corporation (Conrail). She is skilled in meeting the customer service needs of both Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-size businesses.
Ms. Davis is a native of Philadelphia, and currently resides in Montgomery County, PA with her husband, Ray, and daughter, Meghan.
Laura DiMeo
Creative Director
Laura DiMeo is responsible for MyGuide for Seniors’ visual branding and design elements. She has over 15 of experience in design, branding and creative strategy for clients in the advertising, finance and technology industries.
Ms. DiMeo graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley and a master's degree from the California College of Arts & Crafts, and currently resides in New York City.

Nancy Carman, MA, CMC
Consulting Gerontologist
Nancy Carman, a certified Geriatric Care Manager and gerontologist with over 25 years of experience, initially joined MyGuide for Seniors' Technical Board of Advisors in February 2004. Ms. Carman has contributed to the MyGuide to Communities for Seniors’ Educational Resource Guide, as well as to the MyGuide for Seniors’ website. She is a consultant for the senior care industry and a frequent national speaker on “aging successfully.” Ms. Carman formerly served on the Board for the Alzheimer's Association, Delaware Valley Chapter.
Ms. Carman, a native of Medford, NJ, earned her BA from the University of Richmond and her MA from the School of Aging Studies at the University of South Florida.
Maureen Heckler
Healthcare, Senior Housing Administrator
With over 22 years of experience in the senior care industry, Maureen Heckler provides valuable insight into the practical operations and needs of independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and long term care service providers. A licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Mrs. Heckler has been a key contributor to the MyGuide for Seniors Educational Resource Guide.TM
Mrs. Heckler is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. She is a native of New York, earned her BA from Villanova University, MBA from Penn State University.
David R. Parkhurst
Business Development Consultant
Mr. Parkhurst has extensive experience in sales channel management with a specific understanding of the healthcare industry. Most recently, he was Director of Business Development for ChartOne, Inc., a leading provider of web-based storage and retrieval solutions for medical records. Mr. Parkhurst was responsible for developing strategic business partnerships with health systems, consulting firms, and software and service vendors.
Mr. Parkhurst’s prior experience includes Alliance Manager with Authoria, Inc., a software sales and development company that provides employee communication solutions to Fortune 1000 corporations, which allows company policies, procedures and benefit plans to be personalized to the employee through a standard web browser.
Jessica Saban
Statistical Analyst & Internet Strategist
Jessica Saban has more than 15 years experience in market research. She has been active at a high level in the design, implementation, and analysis of major market research projects for Fortune 1000 companies. Her specialty is in using research to validate corporate strategy and guide product and brand development.
Ms. Saban is currently Vice President of Strategy and Insight for the Philadelphia based custom research organization, Attitude Measurement Corporation.
Jean Wilcox, PhD
Marketing, Strategy, and Implementation Consultant
CattLeLogos is an entrepreneurial company that offers end-to-end marketing services with a focus on assisting companies to develop and implement marketing strategies and communication platforms. Prior to founding CattLeLogos, Dr. Wilcox and members of the CattLeLogos team worked at Telcordia Technologies in developing marketing and customer interaction programs, managing technology spin outs, restructuring and rebranding a large corporate web site, and playing a leading role in the implementation of the corporate name change from Bellcore to Telcordia Technologies.
Sean K. Young
Web Development, Software and Internet Consultant
NOLA3 is an Internet strategy and implementation company, with subject matter experience in database management and integration of large databases with web interfaces. As NOLA3’s principal, Mr. Young greatly enhances MyGuide’s website and user experience.
Mr. Young has more than 10 years of leadership experience building online applications for such clients as Public Broadcasting (PBS) and the news program Frontline. He has also led developement of online content management solutions, Internet marketing programs, and lead generation and management solutions for clients such as Staples, AT Cross, and Dun and Bradstreet.
